the location near heaton park worked well. there was a nice pub around the corner. the pub is named 'the flying pig'. the electronic door code entry was practical. the kitchen area also was good to have.
my room was not available upon arrival, that was a bad surprise, and i had to search for another place really quickly.

the room was cozy and well equipped, i must admit
the hotel smelled of cannabis, it was quite off-putting, to be honest. we also had to supply our own toilet paper, it's something i would expect a hotel to provide, without even asking. the amenities such as kettle, tea and coffee were not there, very disappointing.
